Operations: Hotel Rozálka***, Rozálka 9, 902 01 Pezinok, provides this notification to the data subject in order to pursue fairness and transparency in relation to the processing of personal data in conformity with Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the Protection of Natural Persons with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and on the Free Movement of Such Data (hereinafter “the Regulation”) and Section 19 and Section 20 of Act of the National Council of the Slovak Republic no. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection and on Amendments and Supplements to Certain Acts.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING:
Registration of hotel services, hotel guests, room reservations, registration of personal data in the hotel’s system in the guest database, and registration of guests — foreigners. The purpose of processing, for which the personal data are intended, as well as the legal basis for their processing, comprises marketing, advertising, and promotional activities, including direct marketing, offering products and services of the controller, sales support, conducting surveys, questionnaires, competitions, satisfaction surveys, and sending promotional and communication materials (including magazines, newsletters, and other). The legal basis for processing is the consent of the data subject.

The data subject may exercise these rights in conformity with the Regulation and other applicable legal provisions. The data subject may assert their rights against TATRA UNITED CORPORATION, a.s., in writing or by electronic means. If the data subject requests oral delivery of information, this may be provided on condition that the data subject has adequately proved their identity.
ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

Tatra United Corporation, a.s., upon granting this consent, will process your identification data (name, surname) and contact details (email, phone number, address) for the purpose of providing information about its products and services or services of its business partners by post, e-mail, phone calls/SMS (with the exception of automated calls), and other electronic communication means. Consent to the processing of personal data is voluntary and may be withdrawn or limited at any time.
In the event of withdrawal or limitation of consent, the company will discontinue processing your data for this purpose, without affecting the lawfulness of previous processing. Nevertheless, your data may continue to be processed for purposes where consent is not required by law, in conformity with the Principles of Personal Data Protection available at www.rozalka.sk/ochrana-osobnych-udajov.
If you are not satisfied with the way the company has dealt with your complaint or you believe your consumer rights have been violated, you have the right to submit a proposal to the alternative dispute resolution entity. The proposal to commence alternative dispute resolution may be addressed, for example, to the Slovak Trade Inspection (www.soi.sk), or to another entity registered in the ARS list kept by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic.
